Feeling great is about eating the foods that are right for you. Not about a restrictive diet that limits you from the delicious things you love to eat. At Mindful Eating I will work closely with you to help you discover a dietary lifestyle that works for you.
As your body adjusts you will notice not only an increase in energy, but you will watch as your body transforms into a body you will feel better about.
Although you are what you eat, and a healthy diet is extremely important, self-care plays a huge role in our health and is often overlooked. At Mindful Eating (ME) I believe that in order to be truly happy and healthy you must always take care of ME. Taking care of ME creates balance in your life. Self-care rejuvenates our mind and body allowing us to be the people we truly want to be.
What is a holistic health coach?
Health coaches practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does poor nutrition affect your energy level preventing you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health and together we will make step by step changes to improve your life as a whole.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
Together, we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, maximizing energy, and overall happiness. Working with a health coach you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health for the rest of your life.
